60 Minute Yoga Wellness Coaching Session

Service Description

* Only available to Coaching Clients who have completed their initial assessment. * A Yoga Wellness Life Coach instructs and motivates their clients to change their habits for a better, healthier life by helping to create wellness goals and success strategies through Yoga techniques and philosophy. This is an opportunity to learn and cultivate Yoga on and off of the mat, as you incorporate it into all aspects of your life. In your continuing session, we will connect on our time apart, and evaluate where you had both success and challenge in your action plan. Using this valuable information to fine tune your goals and direction, ensuring you have the most supportive foundation to do so. As we continue to develop our relationship, and have a better understanding of your needs and direction, more specific goals and recommendations will be provided to your Yoga and wellness routine. Coaching Sessions are held at Leaf and Root Wellness, Sydney River, and I will meet you in the front at the time of your booked appointment. Please be mindful that our appointments run promptly, both start and finish time. Should you require to cancel this appointment, we kindly request 48 hours advance notice to do so, and I will be most happy to return your payment or support you in rescheduling. Cancellations after our 48 hour window will result in loss of payment.

Cancelation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires that requests are received 48 hours prior to your appointment time, or more. Cancellations received after this window will be required to pay for the session in full.
